Obiettivi formativi
L’ obiettivo formativo dell’insegnamento “Organizzazione tirocinio II” è di rendere lo studente in grado di condurre il tirocinio del II anno, impostandolo su un’attività di management l’area del Management.
A tale proposito lo studente sarà in grado di eseguire una pianificazione strategica ed organizzativa dei servizi presso la sede di Tirocinio, inerente la tematica approfondita durante il primo anno di tirocinio (area della ricerca e della formazione), realizzando un progetto di miglioramento. Il progetto dovrà tener conto della gestione degli strumenti e delle risorse a disposizione introducendo un cambiamento concreto e verificabile.
Un buon tirocinio del II anno sarà la base per la stesura dell’elaborato di tesi dell’esame finale.
The educational objective of the "Internship Organization II" teaching is to make the student able to conduct the second year internship, setting it on a management activity in the Management area.
In this regard, the student will be able to carry out a strategic and organizational planning of the services at the Internship site, concerning the in-depth topic during the first year of the internship (research and training area), creating an improvement project. The project will have to take into account the management of the tools and resources available by introducing a concrete and verifiable change.
A good second year internship will be the basis for writing the thesis for the final exam.

Al termine dell’insegnamento “Organizzazione tirocinio II” lo studente dovrà dimostrare di essere in grado di impostare il tirocinio formativo eseguendo una pianificazione strategica ed organizzativa dei servizi presso la sede di Tirocinio inerente la tematica approfondita durante il primo anno di tirocinio realizzando un progetto di miglioramento, tenendo conto della gestione degli strumenti e delle risorse a disposizione introducendo un cambiamento concreto e verificabile.
La relazione del progetto di tirocinio del II anno dovrà contenere
- Contenuti del progetto;
- Progettazione organizzativa;
- Introduzione di un cambiamento/miglioramento;
- Valutazione di processo e del risultato del cambiamento/miglioramento.

Modalità di insegnamento
Il modulo “Organizzazione tirocinio II” consiste in 10 ore totali, dove il docente avrà dei colloqui con ciascun studente, della durata di circa 15 minuti, in momenti diversi del tirocinio, nella fase iniziale, durante il tirocinio ed al termine dello stesso. Alcune ore potranno essere anche svolte, tramite lezione frontale, insieme al docente del modulo di “Gestione tirocinio II” facente parte dell’insegnamento “Tirocinio II anno”.
In relazione alla situazione di emergenza COVID-19 i colloqui potranno essere svolti in modalità telematica.
The “Internship Organization II” module consists of 10 hours in total, where the teacher will have interviews with each student, lasting about 15 minutes, at different times of the internship, in the initial phase, during the internship and at the end of the internship. Some hours may also be carried out, through lectures, together with the teacher of the "Internship Management II" module which is part of the "Second Year Internship" course.
In relation to the COVID-19 emergency situation, the interviews can be carried out electronically.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
L’esame di Tirocinio si svolge a conclusione del periodo previsto per il secondo anno di corso, viene effettuato da una commissione formata da i Responsabili delle Attività Didattiche di Tirocinio (titolari dei CFU di tirocinio), i Docenti individuati come Tutor interni al CLM, i Tutor individuati presso la sede di Tirocinio e dal Presidente del CCLM o da un suo delegato.
Con l’esame di tirocinio si effettua:
- la valutazione certificativa delle ore realizzate presso la sede di Tirocinio;
- la valutazione della relazione (Area Management);
- la valutazione dell’esposizione delle competenze sviluppate nell’ambito dell’Area attraverso la presentazione in aula da parte dello studente dell’attività (1 CFU).
Nell'effettuare la valutazione la Commissione terrà conto della documentazione riguardante la relazione di progetto, della coerenza tra obiettivo e metodi, della capacità di esposizione e della capacità di sostenere il contradditorio da parte dello studente. Si terrà comunque conto della capacità di analisi critica del percorso, e delle riflessioni fatte sui possibili errori.
La valutazione è espressa in trentesimi.
In caso di valutazione complessivamente negativa del percorso, questo dovrà essere ripetuto per intero nell'anno accademico successivo.
La votazione sarà utilizzata, congiuntamente a quella degli esami del curriculum formativo teorico, per il computo della votazione complessiva per l'accesso all'esame di Laurea Magistrale.
In relazione alla situazione di emergenza COVID-19 l’esame sarà garantito in modalità telematica.
The internship exam takes place at the end of the period foreseen for the second year of the course, it is carried out by a commission formed by the Heads of the Internship Didactic Activities (holders of internship CFUs), the teachers identified as internal tutors at CLM the Tutors identified at the Internship site and by the President of the CCLM or his delegate.
With the internship exam, the following are carried out:
- the certification assessment of the hours completed at the Internship site;
- evaluation of the relationship (Area Management);
- the assessment of the exposure of the skills developed within the Area through the presentation in the classroom by the student of the activity (1 CFU).
In carrying out the evaluation, the Commission will take into account the documentation concerning the project report, the consistency between the objective and the methods, the ability to present and the ability of the student to support the contradiction. However, the critical analysis capacity of the path and the reflections made on possible errors will be taken into account.
The evaluation is expressed out of thirty.
In the event of an overall negative evaluation of the course, this must be repeated in full in the following academic year.
The grade will be used, together with that of the exams of the theoretical curriculum, for the calculation of the overall grade for access to the Master's Degree exam.
In relation to the COVID-19 emergency situation, the examination will be guaranteed electronically.
