Obiettivi formativi
Il tirocinio formativo è l'aspetto della formazione in cui lo studente può concretamente applicare e approfondire le conoscenze e le capacità acquisite all’interno del percorso di studi, intervenendo, con elevate competenze, nei processi formativi, di ricerca e gestionali.
L’insegnamento “TIROCINIO I ANNO”, composto dai moduli “Gestione tirocinio I” (20 ore) e “Organizzazione tirocinio i” (10 ore), ha come obiettivo la trasmissione delle competenze necessarie per vivere e ottimizzare al meglio l’attività di tirocinio, guidando lo studente ad eseguire un’attenta attività di osservazione e partecipazione alle attività sul campo, a consolidare e sviluppare competenze di analisi e comprensione delle realtà e dei fenomeni più rilevanti.
Il modulo “Gestione tirocinio I” consiste in 20 ore di lezioni frontali che hanno l’obiettivo di fornire allo studente le nozioni di base finalizzate all’elaborazione dei “progetti di Tirocinio” previsti per il primo anno di corso., mentre il modulo “Organizzazione tirocinio I” consiste in un vero e proprio accompagnamento all’avvio ed al completamento del tirocinio, dando supporto allo studente al fine di renderlo autonomo relativamente alla scelta degli argomenti da approfondire, alla scelta della sede ideale di tirocinio (strutture approvate dal CCLM o comunque proposte dallo studente e successivamente approvate dal CCLM), dei tutor interni ed esterni, sull’avvio delle convenzioni, sull’andamento e monitoraggio del tirocinio, fino alla consegna della relazione e relativo esame finale.
In relazione alla situazione di emergenza COVID-19 le lezioni saranno svolte in modalità integrata con lezioni videoregistrate, lezioni svolte in modalità sincrona ed eventuali lezioni e/o esercitazioni in presenza qualora le misure di contenimento Covid-19 lo rendessero possibile. In questo ultimo caso le lezioni saranno comunque erogate anche telematicamente e registrate, per consentirne la fruibilità da parte di tutti gli studenti. L’esame sarà garantito in modalità telematica.

The "INTERNSHIP I YEAR" course, consisting of the modules "internship management I" (20 hours) and "internship organization I" (10 hours), has as its objective the transmission of the skills necessary to live and optimize the activity of internship, guiding the student to carry out careful observation and participation in field activities, to consolidate and develop analysis and understanding skills of the most relevant realities and phenomena.
The "Internship Management I" module consists of 20 hours of Frontal lessons that aim to provide the student with the basic notions to develop the "Internship projects" planned for the first year of the course. while the "Internship Organization I" module consists of a real accompaniment to start-up and completion of the internship, giving support to the student on the choice of topics to be explored, on the choice of the ideal internship location (structures approved by the CCLM or in any case proposed by the student and subsequently approved by the CCLM), internal and external tutors, on the start of agreements , on the progress and monitoring of the internship, up to the delivery of the report and related final exam.
"In relation to the COVID-19 emergency situation, the lessons will be held in integrated mode with video-recorded lessons, lessons held in synchronous mode and any lessons and / or exercises in the presence if the Covid-19 containment measures make it possible. Risultati dell'apprendimento attesi
Gli studenti sono tenuti a svolgere l’attività di Tirocinio del I anno in due diversi ambiti, ricerca e formazione, mentre nel tirocinio del II anno approfondiranno l’ambito del management (possibilmente su un’unica tematica).
Al termine dell’insegnamento lo studente dovrà dimostrare di essere in grado di impostare il tirocinio formativo inerente l’argomento scelto e successivamente condurlo, approfondendo sul campo la tematica scelta al fine di realizzare un percorso formativo per categorie di lavoratori, ad es. gruppo di dipendenti, datori di lavoro, Rls ecc... contribuendo ad un innovazione e cambiamento presso la sede di tirocinio scelta.
L’esame di Tirocinio si svolgerà a conclusione del periodo previsto per il primo anno di corso e verrà effettuato da una commissione formata da i responsabili della Attività Didattiche di tirocinio (titolari del CFU di tirocinio) quali docenti individuati come tutor interni al CLM, i Tutor individuati presso la sede di Tirocinio e dal Presidente del CLM o da un suo delegato.
L’esame di tirocinio si effettuerà come segue:

valutazione certificativa delle ore realizzate presso la sede di Tirocinio;

valutazione delle due relazioni (Area Ricerca e Area Formazione);

valutazione dell’esposizione e delle competenze sviluppate nell’ambito delle due Aree attraverso la presentazione, da parte dello studente, dell’attività;
Nell’effettuare la valutazione la Commissione terrà conto della documentazione riguardante la relazione di progetto, della coerenza tra obiettivo e metodi , della capacitò di esposizione e della capacità di sostenere il contraddittorio da parte dello studente. Si terrà comunque conto della capacità di analisi critica del percorso e delle riflessioni fatte sui possibili errori.
La valutazione sarà espressa in trentesimi.
In caso di valutazione complessivamente negativa del percorso, questo dovrà essere ripetuto per intero nell’anno accademico successivo.
La votazione sarà utilizzata, congiuntamente a quella degli esami del curriculum formativo teorico, per il computo della votazione complessiva per l’accesso all’esame di Laurea Magistrale.

At the end of the course, the student will have to demonstrate that they are able to set up the internship concerning the chosen topic and then conduct it, deepening the chosen topic in the field in order to create a training course for categories of workers, eg. group of employees, employers, Rls etc ... contributing to innovation and change at the chosen internship location.
The internship exam will take place at the end of the period foreseen for the first year of the course and it will be carried out by a commission composed by the teachers responsible of the internship activities (holders of the internship CFU) such as teachers identified as internal tutors CLM, tutors identified at the Internship site and President of the CLM or his delegate.
The internship exam will take place as follows:
• evaluation of the hours completed at the Internship site;
• evaluation of the two reports (Research Area and Training Area);
• evaluation of presentation and of the developed skills in the two Areas through the presentation of the activity carried out by the student,;
In carrying out the evaluation, the Commission will take into account the documentation concerning the project report, the consistency between the objective and the methods, the ability to present and the ability of the student to support the cross-examination. Also, the critical analysis capacity of the path will be taken into account, as well as the considerations made on possible mistakes.
The evaluation will be expressed as usual with a max of 30.
In the event of an overall negative evaluation of the path, this must be entirely repeated during the following academic year.
The grade will be used, together with the ones of the theoretical exams to calculate the overall grade to access to the Master's Degree exam.

Modalità di insegnamento
L’insegnamento “TIROCINIO I ANNO”, composto dai moduli “Gestione tirocinio I” (20 ore) e “Organizzazione tirocinio i” (10 ore).
Il modulo “Gestione tirocinio I” consiste in 20 ore di lezioni frontali, attraverso trasmissione di contenuti ed esercitazioni simulate pratiche, inerenti le attività di tirocinio.
Il modulo “Organizzazione tirocinio I” consiste in 10 ore totali di colloqui con ciascun studente, della durata di circa 15 minuti ciascuno da ripetersi in più volte, nella fase iniziale, durante il tirocinio me al termine dello stesso.
Alcune ore dell'insegnamento potranno essere svolte in compresenza con i docuenti dei moduli "Gestione Tirocinio I" e "Organizazione tirocinio I".
In relazione alla situazione di emergenza COVID-19 le lezioni saranno svolte in modalità integrata con lezioni videoregistrate, lezioni svolte in modalità sincrona ed eventuali lezioni e/o esercitazioni in presenza qualora le misure di contenimento Covid-19 lo rendessero possibile. In questo ultimo caso le lezioni saranno comunque erogate anche telematicamente e registrate, per consentirne la fruibilità da parte di tutti gli studenti. The “organization of internship I” module consists of a total of 10 hours of interviews with each student, lasting about 15 minutes each, to be repeated several times, in the initial phase, during the internship and at the end of it.
Some teaching hours may be carried out in co-presence with the teachers of the modules "Internship Management I" and Internship Organization I ".
In relation to the COVID-19 emergency situation, the lessons will be carried out in an integrated manner with video-recorded lessons, lessons held in synchronous mode and any lessons and / or exercises in presence if the Covid-19 containment measures make it possible. Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La verifica dell’apprendimento sarà effettuata attraverso la valutazione delle due relazioni di tirocinio (ricerca e formazione) e dall’esame orale inerente l’argomento del tirocinio del I anno.
L’esame di Tirocinio si svolge a conclusione del periodo previsto per il primo anno di corso, viene effettuato da una commissione formata da i Responsabili delle Attività Didattiche di Tirocinio (titolari dei CFU di tirocinio), i Docenti individuati come Tutor interni al CLM, i Tutor individuati presso la sede di Tirocinio e dal Presidente del CCLM o da un suo delegato.
Con l’esame di tirocinio si effettua:
- la valutazione certificativa delle ore realizzate presso la sede di Tirocinio;
- la valutazione delle due relazioni (Area Ricerca e Area Formazione);
-la valutazione dell’esposizione delle competenze sviluppate nell’ambito delle due Aree attraverso la presentazione in aula da parte dello studente della attività.
Nell'effettuare la valutazione la Commissione terrà conto della documentazione riguardante la relazione di progetto, della coerenza tra obiettivo e metodi, della capacità di esposizione e della capacità di sostenere il contradditorio da parte dello studente. Si terrà comunque conto della capacità di analisi critica del percorso, e delle riflessioni fatte sui possibili errori.
La valutazione è espressa in trentesimi.

Verification of learning will be carried out through the evaluation of the two internship reports (research and training) and the oral exam concerning the topic of the first year internship.
The internship exam takes place at the end of the period foreseen for the first year of the course, it is carried out by a commission made up of the Heads of Internship Didactic Activities (holders of internship CFUs), the teachers identified as internal tutors of the CLM, the Tutors identified at the Internship site and by the President of the CCLM or his delegate.
With the internship exam, the following are carried out:
- the certification assessment of the hours completed at the Internship site;
- the evaluation of the two reports (Research Area and Training Area);
- the assessment of the exposure of the skills developed in the two Areas through the presentation of the activity in the classroom by the student (1 CFU).
In carrying out the evaluation, the Commission will take into account the documentation concerning the project report, the consistency between the objective and the methods, the ability to present and the ability of the student to support the contradiction. However, the critical analysis capacity of the path and the reflections made on possible errors will be taken into account.
The evaluation is expressed out of thirty.
In the event of an overall negative evaluation of the course, this must be repeated in full in the following academic year.
